The European manufacturing industry will gather at Schweissen & Schneiden 2025, the leading trade fair for joining and cutting technologies, taking place in Essen, Germany, from September 15–19, 2025. Pemamek is proud to announce its participation, featuring live demonstrations, expert sessions, and new technology launches.

At its booth (Hall 3, Booth 3C37), Pemamek will showcase the PEMA Skyline FMS, a flexible manufacturing system for heavy welding, providing visitors with the opportunity to experience cutting-edge automation live. In addition, Pemamek will introduce new software solutions that drive efficiency and digitalization in heavy manufacturing.

Unmanned, software-driven manufacturing is the game-changer in high-mix, low-volume production. PEMA Skyline is a flexible manufacturing system that connects PEMA Skytrack, manual station, and automated material handling into a synchronized production flow.
PEMA Skyline is demonstrated on Monday and Tuesday at 11:00 and 16:00, and on Wednesday and Thursday at 11:00.

PEMA Fleet Management: Smarter operations through digital insights
PEMA Fleet Management is an advanced data management platform designed to revolutionize how manufacturers monitor, control, and interpret collected data. Scheduled for official launch in January 2026, the platform marks an industry-leading step toward fully digitalized welding ecosystems, connecting machines, operators, and projects with deep, actionable insights.
PEMA WeldControl X: Next-generation welding control software
A next-generation software developed for connected and data-driven heavy manufacturing. The new software offers a unified control environment, a web-based user interface, and compatibility with Pemamek’s DataCollection solution, among other advanced features. PEMA WeldControl X gradually replaces PEMA WeldControl 100 and 500, starting with Column & Boom welding systems in heavy manufacturing and later expanding to wind energy and shipbuilding welding automation solutions.
PEMA WeldControl X will launch at Pemamek’s booth on Thursday at 10:00.
