Together with our partners, we’re redefining what’s possible in manufacturing automation.
future concepts
Pemamek is leading the future of welding automation with a groundbreaking innovation: fully automated multi-pass welding for heavy wall thicknesses, especially using submerged arc welding. This cutting-edge technology, also once described as “impossible” to develop, will revolutionize monopile manufacturing for the wind energy industry.
With a focus on improving productivity, quality, and predictability, this forward-thinking solution is set to address the challenges of skilled welder shortages and ensure unmatched efficiency.
future concepts
Vision 3D is a major leap in flat panel welding automation. The software scans workpieces on the move and creates look-alike 3D models for the robot. No existing 3D model or labor-intensive manual modeling is needed. Vision 3D software is fully compatible with PEMA VRWP for shipyards and is available also as an upgrade package for existing PEMA Vision 2D users.
future concepts
Robot welding is all about precision and efficiency. Pemamek’s latest addition to WeldControl 300 Offline, the PathPlanner, revolutionises welding path planning by automating the creation of collision-free paths.
As there are fewer skilled welders, it’s important to develop easy-to-use tools for everyone. PEMA PathPlanner makes it easier for less experienced welders to start creating welding paths. This new tool increases the efficiency of offline programming and addresses a traditionally time-consuming part of the welding process.
