With over 24 years of international experience in welding engineering and robotics, Lefebvre brings extensive technical knowledge and customer-focused expertise to further strenghten Pemamek’s automation offering and know-how. 

Lefebvre holds dual degrees in Welding Engineering Technology and Materials Engineering. His career began at ESAB, where he first encountered Pemamek’s solutions for the wind tower industry. He later taught in a welding engineering technology program and worked as Welding Engineer at wind tower manufacturer Marmen. For the past 15 years, Lefebvre has been with AGT Robotics, specializing in robotic welding, training, and customer support in markets across North America, Japan, and Australia. 

“I have known Pemamek since 2000. The company has always stood out for its professionalism and commitment to welding automation,” says Lefebvre. “After many years in robotic welding for the structural steel industry, I wanted to return to my core passion: advancing welding quality and automation. Pemamek’s reputation and focus on welding expertise make this a natural next step.” 

At Pemamek, Lefebvre will support customers in adopting and optimizing robotic welding solutions tailored to their production needs. His background in welding engineering and technical sales gives him a unique ability to translate complex technical knowledge into practical, value-adding solutions.

In his first year, Lefebvre will focus on learning Pemamek’s systems and software, engaging directly with customers at trade shows and shop floors, while expanding his knowledge of European welding codes.
